Patient Communications

Email communications are not secure.

If you email us using standard email services, you do so at your own risk.

When possible, we ask that you communicate with us via phone.

Emails may or may not be read in a timely manner and we cannot guarantee that the pertinent information will reach your care provider.

Private and Secure Communication

  • After your visit, if you have provided us with an email address, you will be invited to connect to your Electronic Medical Record via a secure system.  Please follow the instructions to create a login and password.  The KAREO Patient Portal is a patient accessible website for our patients that allows you to interact with our healthcare team. Messages and online appointment requests, test results, and prescription information can be communicated securely.
